BUG: skulltag maps in maplist editor

When server type is Skulltag, then the maplist editor still appends the d2dm1, d2ctf1, etc map names no matter what iwad (eg. hexen, heretic, doom). They should only appear when doom2.wad iwad is selected, because if we try to use doom.wad, heretic.wad, hexen.wad, etc. then it allows us to load the map but we can't display the textures or sprites (because the d2* maps uses textures/sprites from doom2.wad itself too. Putting skulltag.wad into additional pwads doesn't help if it's a non doom2.wad selected in iwad.

you are right of course, but who will select these d2* maps when load hexen/heretic iwads? usually users know what they do
i'll think how to change it though..
