| I've got a few friends that i play classic doom/doom2 with online and one of them just isn't exactly the best and he dies a lot and gets frustrated. I was just curious if it was possible to enable cheats to use and allow him to use them while the rest of us go without/choose not to use them. When i try to do cheats through IDE (using Skulltag as my port) it tells me "sv_cheats must be true to enable this command" In the console, I've tried sv_cheats true, sv_cheats 1, sv_cheats enable they all say that the changes will take affect for the next game, but i was never sure how that was supposed to work (not to mention i don't think it would work even if i knew what it meant by "next game" Any help would be appreciated.

| I use IDE as my program to create the server, i just have the server type selected as Skulltag. So i can't really use skulltag to modify any options....or are cheats something that have to be done at the client level, not the server? I guess i just figured it would be an option in the dmflags or something

| there is no such dmflag but you can add this command in IDE ServerStart "Additional parameters": sv_cheat 1 or in server console, of course
