WAD search should automatically update new files in folder

| If I download new wads to my wad folders, Doom Explorer doesn't automatically recognize them when typing in wad autocomplete until I restart Doom Explorer. It should ideally update whenever you type a wad name to find. Maybe also add a cursor so you can see the letters you type?

also when select wad from list, you can press Ctrl-R to refresh it

| I must have missed that box, thanks! Maybe just enable it automatically on fresh configs if it isn't already, unless it's disabled automatically for a reason?
